In my junior year of high school I created a bucket list. To me, it wasn’t just a fun assignment, it became my life. I lived by my list. And when I was 21, I decided to knock a bunch of items off it.
To do so, I backpacked through Europe. That’s what started this blog. It only lasted as long as I was hauling my crap in one bag through another continent, but a year later when I decided to move to Spain, it picked back up again.
During those best months of my life, in an effort to balance out the obscene amount of bread, gelato and pastries I was eating- I started running. I ran three races in Espana before declaring myself hooked. Before I touched back down in the states I was registered for both a half and full marathon.
Then, 6 months later you get my blog. A compilation of my bucket list lifestyle, my travels, my journey to marathon glory, and all the highs and lows in between. I tracked my through thousands of miles and more than 20 countries before hitting real life set in and my career and husband took over.
I may not have the time to write about my life every day anymore, but that doesn’t mean life has gotten any less exciting. Here’s to the next chapter and my happily ever after.
